The problem is still in the molds the cores go in to. Unless you print molds and cores which we do all the time with the Furan binder. But in most cases it’s way cheaper to make a cheap pattern and mold using traditional techniques for air set or green sand. The hybrid approach is way cheaper but comes at the price of smoke and fumes. I would like to see what the performance of these materials is like. Smoke, dust, strength and build quality.

Zero emission? Where does the energy for the machinery come from? I guess it comes from the normal power grid, which is 50% carbon based in Germany

So many company's ...including mine ..can't get employees for one simple reason.....your too greedy ...and you don't offer benefits for the long run to retain people...

How thin can a metal cast be made with this system? I'm asking in the context of casting complex curvature artistic kitchen wares like cast copper pots shaped like an apple or bell pepper and have the production flexibility to change the design into a gourd shape when the market shifts preferences to gourds by the end of the week. Also could this be used to cast other complex curvature plates for art work like a 50ft art sculpture for a monument?

Do you have any export restrictions that prevents sale to foundries in Southeast Asia?

Does the 3D printer accept aftermarket binder material or Is the binder material proprietory?

I especially loved the shot of the metal part that was fully removed of all sand but hadn't been cleaned up yet so we could see how much flashing and artifacts remained that needed to be cleaned up.
